A college student of Altaf Golandaz Degree College has been allegedly raped at Gafargaon under Mymensingh recently.
This incident happened at West Bagua village of Saltia Union on Thursday night .The ravished college student has filed a case against the accused Mijan as a plaintiff under Women and Children Repression Act at Gafargaon Thana on Friday night .
Locals said, pervert Mijanur Rahman, son of Abdul Satter at West Bagua village under Saltia Union of this Upazila gave a proposal of love to Arifa Akter daughter of late Abdul Kadir in the same village and a student of class xi at Altaf Golandaz Degree College . The accused teased Arifa on her way to college without responding love. In this situation Arifa Akter came out the room to respond the call of nature at 11-30 pm on Thursday night .Before causing nuisance pervert Mijan obstructed her mouth and took her away nearby a bush of bamboo and Mijan allegedly raped her there.

During that hours Arifa cried loudly and her relatives came forward. Mijan fled away hurriedly .
OC Md.Ahad Khan of Gafargaon Thana said, after filing case the student has been sent to Mymensingh Medical College for report.
