Simon Kierspel, a German musician, paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique on Thursday at the latter’s office on the campus.
Assistant Professor of DU Music Department Sayeem Rana was present at the meeting, said a press release.
During the meeting, they discussed various issues including the possibilities of forming an orchestra with the students of Dhaka University.
The German musician expressed his willingness to provide technical and logistics supports to DU in this regard, the release added.
