The newest parents on the block are cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his actress wife Geeta Basra. Geeta gave birth to a baby girl in a London hospital on Wednesday. Bhajji was beside his wife’s side all through and the news has been confirmed to the media by Harbhajan’s mother. The two had tied the knot on October 29 last year, after dating for several years. Wishes poured in both from the cricket and film fraternity. Harbhajan, who’s the former captain of IPL team Mumbai Indians (MI) was sweetly wished on the official Twitter page of MI with the message, ‘It’s a girl! We wish @harbhajan_singh & @Geeta_Basra all the best for their new innings as parents. #DilSeIndian’.
