Green Delta Insurance Company Limited (GDICL) declared 20 percent dividend (10% Stock and 10% Cash) for its shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2018. The announcement was made at its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on Sunday at a hotel in the city, said a press release.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Abdul Karim, Chairman and Farzanah Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of the company thanked all while attended its Sponsors, Directors and a large number of shareholders. Chairman expressed his appreciation towards the shareholders of the company for their continuous support and cooperation towards the growth of the company.
Farzanah Chowdhury thanked all the shareholders for helping Green Delta Insurance march ahead in the industry and secures the top position since its inception. Besides expressing her high hopes about the future of the company riding on a diverse service portfolio featuring payment integrated seamless digital insurance services, agriculture insurance, insurtech, Farzanah Chowdhury promised to drive continuous innovation and best in class service to ensure sustainable growth of the company.
