District watch in pictures: GAZIPUR: The Seed Technology Division of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) organizes a consultation workshop titled “Identification, Prioritization and Selection of Proven Technologies” to cultivate high value crops in the southern parts of the country yesterday. Among others, Director (Planning , Evaluation) Md. Habibur Rahman Sheikh attended the ceremony as special guests. BARI Acting Director General Zebun Nessa was present as chief guest at the workshop. Director (Support Service) Dr. Babu Lal Nag, chaired the workshop while Director (Pulse Research Centre) Rais Uddin Chuwdhury, Director (Oilseed Research Centre) Mst. Dilafroza Khanam, Chief Scientific Officer of Seed Technology Division and SACP project coordinator Dr. Apurba Kanti Choudhury were present in the programme.
