District watch in pictures: GAZIPUR: International Angel Association of Japan conducted its 287th Student welfare stipend programme at Konabari, Gazipur recently. Stipends were distributed among 200 students of schools and universities. This association conducts such programme throughout the country and distributed annual stipend among 4500 students. Mr. Higasimura, Secretary General and Azizul Bari, Executive Director of International Angel Association of Japan were present on the occasion.
