Police have arrested the owner of a building over the death of a child from falling into a pit in front of the building that houses his kindergarten in Gazipur.
A case was filed after the death of 7-year-old Rohanur Rahman on Saturday morning.
His mate Sunny Ahmed also fell into the pit but was rescued. The owner of the building, Abul Hashem, and one Habibur Rahman are accused in the case filed by Rohanur’s father over the incident.
Joydebpur Police Station OC Khandaker Rejaul Hasan told bdnews24.com police were trying to arrest Habibur.
