Promising to deliver an exquisite dining experience for its valued guests, 5-star hotel Sheraton Dhaka in Banani has lauched its multi-cuisine restaurant “The Garden Kitchen”.
Located on Level 14 of the Sheraton right in the heart of Banani, The Garden Kitchen is offering an array of scrumptious dishes featuring an alfresco dining area overlooking the soothing lush greens and the city skyline and offers chef-driven interpretations of Bangladeshi, Pan-Asian, European and Western flavors, according to its authority, reports UNB.
Guests at The Garden Kitchen can savor every dish with perfectly paired selections from a carefully assembled refreshing drink collection. The ambience of the restaurant is enhanced by exquisite décor, breathtaking views and a stunning interior. It is spread across two sections – an indoor seating area and an adjoining outdoor dining terrace.
The indoor seating features multiple Live Kitchens, where the expert Chefs showcase their culinary arts, while the outdoor space offers a private setting under the starry night with mesmerizing sceneries, light-toned hues, and plush white furnishing.
Sheraton Dhaka, located at 44 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, takes a less than 20-minutes’ drive from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to reach. Along with The Garden Kitchen, the 248-room luxury hotel features other exquisite dining outlets, including “Yumi” – a high-end Japanese restaurant, “Toastina” – a café-style eatery, and “On The Rocks” – a lounge offering a wide selection of drinks. The hotel offers many pristine additional facilities for its guests, including one of the city’s largest pillarless banquet halls for hosting weddings, meetings, Incentives, conferencing and exhibitions. Other facilities such as a business centre, multiple meeting rooms, a fully-equipped fitness centre, temperature-controlled rooftop swimming pool and spa are there to meet the everyday demands of today’s global guests.
On its opening night, the authorities of The Garden Kitchen informed UNB that the The Garden Kitchen has a capacity of 200 seats, while the arrangement of seats in the al fresco area is 100.
“The Garden Kitchen which we are opening for the people in Dhaka at The Sheraton in Banani is the country’s largest dine-in. We are offering multiple live stations – we have a Continental station, a big Asian section including Sushi parlor consisting of a Japanese chef who is taking care of that section, an Arabic section, a dedicated section showcasing the local flavors with popular Bengali and Indian items, a wide pastry and dessert section with a lot of varieties including a chocolate fountain.
We also have a fantastic al fresco (open air) area outside of the main dining, where we have a dedicated Bar-b-que zone as well,” Daniel Muhor, General Manager of The Garden Kitchen told UNB.
“Altogether, we have a total indoor-outdoor dining facility consisting of all the luxury components for our valued customers, and a bit of everything,” he further told UNB.
