The official car of Gafargaon Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Mymensingh has fallen into ditch after loosing control. The accident took place in Panchua area of Gafargaon-Bhaluka road at around 9 am on Monday. At this time UNO Tajul Islam was not in the car. However, the driver Khasru has been treated at Gafargaon Upazila Health Complex.
Witnesses said a cow suddenly came in front of the car. The car lost control and fell into a ditch after colliding with the cow. Front side of the car was severely damaged.
UNO Tajul Islam said the car was going to patrol pump for fuel. Suddenly a cow came up on the road and fell in front of the car. The car was damaged but people survived. There was no casualty or serious injury. He expressed gratitude to Allah.
