A college student named Akhi Akhter (20) left house after a quarrel with her mother about seven months ago. She yet returned home. She left the house on December 29 last year.
Although 6 months and 21 days have passed, she is still missing. The missing girl is the daughter of Abu Taher, a police constable of Parashipara village in Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh. Akhi is a student of Altaf Golandaj Degree College located in the heart of Gafargaon municipality area.
Police Constable Abu Taher is working at Police Outpost No. 2 of Jamarpur Sadar Police Station. After the girl left the house in anger on December 29 and could not find her anywhere, Abu Taher didn’t find the girl and on December 30 filed a general diary (GD) with the Gafargaon police station.
