A mobile court raided a brick kiln and fined it in Gafargaon on Thursday afternoon. Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Kaberi Roy conducted the operation.
According to the mobile court, Md Gias Uddin owner of KSB Brickfield in Kurchai area of Niguari union of the upazila was fined Tk 1 lakh. Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Kaberi Roy said a fine 1 lakh tk was imposed for violating the brick making and kiln installation (control) law.
