Staff Reporter :A fuel tanker caught fire at a filling station in the city’s Satrasta intersection area at Tejgaon on Sunday evening. The fire broke out when the tanker was releasing fuel at Shotota Filling Station, said Fire Service officials.Fire Services Control Room on Duty Officer Farhaduzzman said the fire originated at about 6:55pm. Seven fire units doused the flames at about 8:05pm. The cause of the blaze could not be determined instantly, he said.A tailback was found in the area for one and half hours, the fire fighter official said.
