FU-Wang Foods approved 1.65pc cash dividend: The 24thAnnual General Meeting of Fu-wang Foods Limited held on Tuesday through digital platform. Chairman of the company Abdul Quader presided over the meeting and the AGM also unanimously approved 1.65 percent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June2020 for its shareholders, said a press release. Among others Dr. Arif Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director, Afsana Tarannum, Director, Quazi Tafazzal Hossain, Sayed Jishan, Independent Directors, Md. Sharif Al Mahmood, Company Secretary, were also present.
