Manarat Dhaka International School and College arranged a freshers’ reception program for A Level students with great enthusiasm. Fresh students were received in a warm atmosphere by Muhammad Fazlur Rahman, member of Manarat Trust and former secretary of Bangladesh government.
Muhammad Fazlur Rahman, former secretary was present as chief guest of the reception ceremony chaired by Brig Gen (Retd) Mehdi Hassan Pramanik, psc, principal of Manarat College. Jafor Ahmed, secretary of Manarat Trust, Fatima Jemaima Rahman and Muhammad Faruk, vice principals of the college, were present at the event. Tahmina Yeasmeen, coordinator of Girls’ Section, SM Serajul Islam, coordinator of Boys’ Section, were also present at the ceremony.
In his speech, the chief guest Muhammad Fazlur Rahman addressed the students and said, ‘You should improve your faculties with the help of the teachers.’ He also added, ‘You are the forerunners of the nation on behalf of Manarat.’
The principal advised the students not to get involved in any kind of immoral activities and have a nice rapport with students and teachers. The reception ceremony ended with a photo session.
