Fresher’s reception for the students of 2015-16 academic session and farewell reception for the students of 2008-09 academic session of the Management Department of the Islamic University (Kushtia) were held yesterday with different programs.
The programs have begun at the premise of the university Central Gymnasium around 11am and it was continued till 5pm.
Proctor of the University Prof Dr Mahbubar Rahman was present as the chief guest with the Associate Professor of the department ASM Sharfaraj Newaj in the chair.
Prof Dr M Saiful Islam, Dr M Mohabbat Hossain, MM Nasimuzzaman, M Murshid Alam, KM Sharf Uddin, Jahangir Sadat attended the programs, among others.
Discussion part of the program was conducted by Sraboni Bagchi and Jaber Hassan while cultural session was conducted by Priya and Shimul Mojumdar of the department.
