The profession of a doctor is distinct and dignified from other professions. People honored a doctor next to god. So doctors should honor people’s appreciation and keep their position unbroken in peoples’ heart. It was said by the chief guest in the freshers’ reception in Dhaka Community Medical College (DCMC), Professor Iqbal Arsalan , Dean, BSMMU, on March 30 at DCMC Auditorium.
He said that this medical college is established to make a perfect doctor , who will serve human with full care. For this he thanked Professor Quazi Quamruzzaman and others who established this medical College.
The programme was presided over by Professor Mahmudar Rahman, Chairman, Governing Body, DCMC. Md. Baharul Hoq Chowdhury, Controller of Examinations of Dhaka University and Professor Dr. Abdul Kader Khan, Director DCMC and Dr. Harun or Rashid (on behalf of guardians) also delivered speech in the reception programme..
