The farewell of examinees and reception ceremony of new students of Department of Economics of Chittagong University (CU) held Wednesday. Prof Dr Ifthekhar Uddin Chowdhury, Vice-chancellor of CU addressed the function as Chief Guest while Dean of Social Science Faculty Prof Dr Farid Uddin addressed the function as special guests.
The farewell and reception ceremony was chaired by the Chairman of the Department of Economics Prof Dr Nitai Chandra Nag. Among others, Prof Dr Abul Kalam Azad, Prof Dr Joty Prokasha Dutta, Prof Dr Irshad Kamal Khan, Prof Dr Mohammad Abul Hossain, Mohammad Nur Nabi, Khorshedul Alam Quaderi, Shafiullah Kayes and Mollika Roy also addressed the function.
