The authority of Pritilata Hall of Jahangirnagar University (JU) accorded reception to freshers of its first-year students under the academic session 2017-2018 and farewell ceremony to its masters’ students (42 Batch) at the hall’s auditorium on the campus on Monday.
JU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Farzana Islam addressed the function as chief guest while JU Pro-VC Prof Dr Amir Hussain addressed as special guest.
The JU VC greeted the students and wished for bright future in their life. Presided over by Hall Provost Prof Dr Kausik Saha house tutor Ayesha Siddiqua, Md. Najmul Islam addressed the function.
Later, JU VC distributed crest and flower among the Newcomer and outgoing students of the hall.
The Program conclude through the cultural function with the participants of the students.
