The newly enrolled students of the summer-2014 batch of East West University (EWU) were welcomed with a vibrant musical evening organized recently by the East West University Club for Performing Arts (ECPA) at EWU premises.
This program was designed by the ECPA members keeping in view the demand of the young generation. Prof Ahmed Shafee, Vice Chancellor, EWU was the chief guest while Air Cdre (Retd) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, registrar, was the special guest on the occasion. Dr Abdus Sattar, Proctor, Nahid Hassan Khan, Adviser of Student Welfare Department, Nikhil Chandra Shil, Moderator of ECPA, among with faculty members, staff and students enjoyed the program.
Members of ECPA played popular songs on the occasion. The EWU indoor cricket team that won Clemon Inter University Indoor Cricket trophy was felicitated by the Vice Chancellor. The University also won the best Flash Mob trophy that was also displayed on the occasion. In the end, it was a great evening that was enjoyed by all.
