Campus Report :The orientation program of spring semester-2015 of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) for the newly enrolled students was held on 14 (for Business and Social Sciences students) and 17 January 2015 (for Science and Engineering Students) at Green Auditorium. Vice-Chancellor of GUB Prof Dr Md Golam Samdani Fakir presided over the program while Managing Director and CEO of Mercantile Bank Ltd M Ehsanul Haque was present as Guest of Honor. GUB Treasurer Md Shahid Ullah, Registrar Lt Col Md Ali Ambial Haque Khan (Retd), Chairperson of EEE Department Prof Dr Muhibul Haque Bhuyan, Chairperson of English Department Dr Islam Md Hashanat, Chairperson of DBA Murad Hasan, Chairperson of CSE Department Syed Ahsanul Kabir, Chairperson of Textile Engineering Department Md Mostafa Zaman, Chairperson of FTDM Department Dr Shazedur Rahman, Chairperson of Law Department Md Abu Nayem Miazi, Controller of Examinations Prof SMK Nazmul Haque, Director of Finance Ashraful Anower and newly admitted students were present in the programs.The orientation program included introduction session, presentation session and briefing session. The presentation session included academic systems and rules, advising and registration process, grading systems, result processing, and necessary information about GUB, different clubs and co-curricular activities.
