Freedom fighters’ representative council will be held at Dhaka Metropolitan Theater at 10 am today. Muktijuddher Chetona Bastobayan Mancha, a platform of freedom fighters, is going to organise the programme with Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan in the chair, a press release said.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader is expected to present as the chief guest while Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque and Information Minister and Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President Hasanul Haq Inu will address as special guests on the occasion.
Shajahan Khan urged the central, metropolitan, upazilla and district level former Sub-Commanders of Muktijoddha Sangsad and the President and General Secretaries of Muktijuddher Chetona Bastobayan Mancha to attend the council.
