AFP, Paris :

France coach Philippe Bergeroo has drawn heavily on players from Lyon and PSG, the two dominant domestic forces, for his 23-woman squad for the 2015 women’s World Cup.
Nine-time champions Lyon provide 10 of the squad, while seven PSG players will also make the trip to Canada for the June 6 to July 5 tournament.
With two league games to play, Lyon have already won their ninth consecutive title ahead of PSG, who finish second for the fourth time in the past five seasons.
They are undefeated so far and boast a massive goal difference of 124 in a season which has seen them rack up 15-0 and 11-0 wins over Metz, a 14-0 triumph against Albi and a 9-0 away win at Soyaux.
PSG, meanwhile, are looking to reach the Champions League final after their 2-0 win over Wolfsburg in the semi-final, first leg.
With established international stars like Laura Georges (158 caps), Elise Busaglia (142), Camille Abily (144), Eugenie Le Sommer (103), Sarah Bouhaddi (93) and Gaetane Thiney (121) in their ranks, the French are among the pre-tournament favourites and will be looking to improve on their fourth place finish in Germany in 2011.
They will face England on June 9, Colombia four days later and Mexico on June 17 in their group games.
Before heading to Canada, France entertain Russia on May 22 in Chateauroux and Scotland on May 28 in Nancy, two teams who failed to qualify for the World Cup.
