Four of the eight child prisoners who fled from Jashore Child Development Center have been rescued.
One person was rescued on Tuesday morning and three others on Monday night.
Eight captive children fled from Jashore Child Development Center by breaking a window on Monday early.
The rescued children are Hridoy of Jashore, Fardin Durjoy, Rohan Gazi of Khulna and Munna Gazi of Narail.
Zakir Hossain, the caretaker of the child development center, said that 8 children of the center broke their windows and fled on Monday early. The Department of Social Services, along with the police, launched a vigorous operation to rescue them.
Hridoy, Fardin Durjoy, Rohan Gazi and Munna Gazi have been rescued and brought back to the center with the help of Social Services Department officials and employees.
He added that three of them were rescued on Monday night and one on Tuesday morning.
Besides, another captive child named Shah Alam of Gopalganj was brought back soon. The process has been finalized. It is possible to bring him back to the center within today.
