Anti-Corruption Commission , chittagong wing sues misappropriation case against four persons including a official of Chittagong district administration for alleged financial defalcation .
Deputy Asstt. Director of ACC, Chittagong Malik Lal Das lodged the case before the Kotwali thana in city on Thursday against them. The alleged persons are – employee of district admin Md.Shamsul Hoque, and three others namely Abdul Barek, Kamal Ahmed and Md. Saifuddin. Shamsul Hoque was the employee of Chittagong district administration and now posted at Rangamati district admin.
Duty officer of Kotwali thana ASI Kamrunnahar told that the misappropriation case was filed by ACC for alleged misappropriation of Tk.23.50 lakh by them in the matter of land acquisition for the proposed power plant at Dipkala mouza under Karnaphuli thana . The case that lodged under BPC act 409, 406, 420 & 109 of Anti-corruption Act of 1947.
