Four dead bodies including a teenager girl were recovered from different areas of the Sylhet city on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Kadirul Islam, 45, son of late Makbul Mia, of Muktagacha upazila under Mymansingh district, Kani Rani Poul, 18, daughter of Gopendra Chandra Poul, of Sadar upazila under Sunamgnaj district and other could be identified immediately.
Police sources said on information, Dakkhin Surma Thana police recovered Kadirul’s dead body from the deceased’s residence in Mominkhola area in the afternoon while Shahporan Thana police recovered Kani’s dead body hanging from ceiling fan from her bedroom at Khoradipara in Shibganj and the unknown body from Khadim para area in the city.
Another dead body found in Khadim bypass area on Tuesday night. Shahporan Police station recovered the dead body.
The bodies were sent to the Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, police added.
