Police have arrested four people on different charges in Chittagong city.
Ibrahim, 18, and two other teenagers were captured by a mob while they were fleeing after stabbing and mugging a rickshaw-puller in Patharghata area on Tuesday, said Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Mohsin.
They were later handed over to police, said the OC.
Another man named Hasan alias Lomba Hasan was arrested with stolen goods worth Tk 55,760 in Station Road area on Monday night, he added.
