A dream was successfully realized by laying the foundation stone of Eidgahbazar-Khalopar Road development work in Lalabazar Union No. 6 of South Surma under Sylhet . The first formality of the long-awaited demand of the locals is to lay the foundation stone of the road development work as if it is a huge milestone for the whole area. And this huge work was inaugurated by Habibur Rahman Habib MP of Sylhet 3 constituency and a dreamer of Sylhet-3 constituency.
