Former Inspector General of Police and ex-Adviser of the Caretaker Government ABMG Kibria died of old-age complications in the city’s United Hospital on Sunday. He was 87. He left behind his wife, one son, two daughters and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Inspector General of Police AKM Shahidul Haque has expressed deep condolence on his death and extended sympathy to the bereaved family members. He also prayed for the salvation of the departed soul.
