Formal charges would be drawn up against two absconding war criminals on March 14 next year.
They are Muslim League leader and Razakar commander of Lakhai upazila of Habiganj Md Liakat Ali and Al-Badr commander Aminul Islam alias Razab Ali of Austagram upazila of Kishoreganj.
A panel of the International War Crimes Tribunal headed by its chairman Justice Anwarul Haq gave this order following an appeal by Prosecutor Rana Das Gupta.
The full investigation report about the accused was submitted on December 27 that charged them on seven counts.
