The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Tuesday set February 23 for submitting formal charge against alleged Razakar commander from Satkhira, Abdul Khaleq Mondol.
“The two-member tribunal headed by Justice Md Shahinur Islam passed the order accepting a time plea,” said prosecutor Zead-al Malum.
Yesterday was set for submitting the probe report in the case, but the prosecution submitted report on progress in the investigation and sought more time for submitting the actual report.
