Forgery case against RMG owner

A forgery case has been lodged before the Metropolitan Session Judge court in Chittagong against the owner of Biraj Fashions Ltd, a garments factory of Chittagong Towhidul Hossain Chowdhury and another one .
 Land owner of the garments factory building Farid Ahmed filed this forgery case before the court of SM Mujibur Rahman, Session Judge of Chittagong.
Court sources said, the judge in a order directed Deputy Police Commissioner of Detective Branch of CMP to submit the inquiry report .
 Counsel of the plaintiff Advocate Md. Jafar Iqbal told the New Nation that RMG owner Towhidul Hossain Chowdhury took rent of a building of Farid Ahmed in Bakalia area on May 15 , 2007 as per agreement for five years which expires on May 15, 2012. After expiry of the rent deed, RMG owner Towhidul and an officer of Social Islami Bank, Agrabad branch Mortuza Ahmed prepared a fake rent agreement with false signature of the plaintiff which was submitted to Bond Commissionerate by the garments owner.
 Plaintiff Farid Ahmed challenged the matter before the Bond commissionerate office and the forgery of the RMG owner was proved in Bond office and the Bond commissionerate suspended his bond license with lump-sum penalty . Following the failure to lodge the forgery complaint to Anti corruption commissioner, the plaintiff finally filed the forgery case against RMG owner and Bank officer under section 420 of BPC, sources said.
