Flood Forecasting and Warning Center of Bangladesh Water Development Board
(BWDB) under the Ministry of Water Resources has opened a control room at its office in the city on Friday.
The harvesting of Boro paddy in North-Eastern region of haor districts in the country has begun. During this time heavy rainfall may occur.
