The results of the five matches of Walton-BSJC Media Cricket Tournament were decided at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.
In the day’s matches, Dhaka Tribune (37/0) crushed the Daily Star (29/5) by five wickets, the daily sports 24.com (87/3) defeated Bangladesh Television (52/5) by 35 runs, Natun Samay. TV ( 95/4) beat Jamuna TV (89/5) by six runs, The New Age (93/2) defeated The New Nation (89/4) by three wickets.
Meanwhile, Sakaler Khabar got walkover against the Channel 24 while BD News 24.com got walkover against the Independent.
Deputy-Director General of Bangladesh Television Shahida Alam, President of Bangladesh Sports Press Association Rana Hasan, Senior AGM of Walton Milton Ahmed distributed the prizes of the Man of the Match.
