Five police officers from Ishwardi have received awards for their role in curbing crime and maintaining law and order. Pabna district police reviewed various crimes and law and order incidents in May and presented honorary mementos and awards to five people from Ishwardi in the district.
The award was presented at the monthly crime review meeting of Pabna district police last Sunday (June 13). Superintendent of Police Mohammad Mahibul Islam Khan handed awards and mementos to BPM elected officials in different categories.
Ishwardi Circle Additional Superintendent of Police Firoz Kabir received the award for the best circle officer in Pabna district. Ishwardi Officer-in-Charge (OC) Asaduzzaman Asad received two awards, including the Best Officer-in-Charge award for water, as well as a special award for unraveling murder mystery.
Ishwardi Police Station SI Nasir Uddin received the award for the best SI of the district. ASI Al Mamun Sardar of Ishwardi Police Station has received the award and commemorative award of the best DSB officer of the district and the best ASI working in Ishwardi.
