Five die at isolation unit in Chandpur in 8 hours

Five people, including a woman and a rural practitioner, died at the isolation unit of Chandpur General Hospital in a span of only eight hours since Tuesday night.
Resident medical officer Dr Sujauddowla Rubel said Mojibur Rahman, 70, of Bolia village in Hajiganj upazila died around 8:30pm on Tuesday.
Rural practitioner Abu Taher Bhuiyan, 66, of Paschim Bagdi village died
around 12:30am on Wednesday while Abdur Razzak, 70, of Kalyandi village in Sadar upazila around 2am and Lucky Begum of the same village breathed last in the morning.
 Jahangir Alam, 60, of the same village around 8:30am today.
 All of them were suffering from fever and cold-related problems.
 Their samples were collected for coronavirus test.
