Cuisine: Fish Pakora

 Ingredients
500gm fish – filleted and cut into desired sized pieces
For marination:
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
For the batter:
200gm gram flour
Water
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda bi-carbonate
Oil for deep frying
Chaat masala
Method
Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carbonate.
 Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
 Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
