First VP of Lions Clubs Int’l Naresh Agarwal due today

Dr Naresh Agarwal, First Vice-President of Lions Clubs International is coming to Bangladesh in a short visit from July 28 to 30 to attend a high level meeting and to visit humanitarian projects run by the Lions Clubs of Bangladesh, says a press release.
During his stay in Bangladesh, he will exchange views with local lion leaders on financial and technical assistance to the ongoing projects as well as new activities to be undertaken by the lions districts and multiple district.
He will also attend the cabinet installation ceremony of district 315A2 as the chief Guest.
Dr Agarwal is going to take over the presidentship of Lions Clubs International.
The centenary celebration of Lions Clubs International will be held under his presidentship with the motto titled ‘Where there is a need – there is a lion’. He is expected to pay courtesy call on the high officials and social leaders of Bangladesh to explore the possibility of increasing lions clubs’ funding for additional project and activities.
