Khulna Ad Din-Akij Medical College has occupied first position in the first ever vocational MBBS Examination, took place this year under the University of Rajshahi.
The exam took place in May this year among the students of 22 public and private sector medical colleges in the country of which Khulna Ad Din-Akij Medical College students stood top position.
Nur-A-Jannat Shetu, a student of Anatomy Department of the Khulna Ad Din-Akij Medical College obtained Honors marks (85 percent).
According to the result, the students of Khulan Ad Din -Akij Medical College has obtained top position as 87 percent of students of this college have passed successfully.
A total of 9 students have obtained honors marks in this year’s exam of the one is from Ad Din-Akij Medical College, Khulna.
Principal of the college, Professor Dr. Poritosh Kumar Roy said Ad Din-Akij Medical college has started its journey from the academic year 2015-16, already this institution has been able to win trust of all as a model institution in Khulna.
He said all the staff members including a total of 70 teachers have been making tremendous efforts to uphold the success and its hoped that this college will do much better in future.
Vice Principal of the college, Dr. Md. Ashfaqur Rahman said maintaining discipline strictly is the main reason behind this success of the college.
