The Walton Home Appliance First National Throwball Competition begins on March 6 at the Kabaddi Stadium. Bangladesh Throwball Association will arrange the throwball tournament under auspices of Walton.
A total of nine men’s teams and a number of four women’s team will take part in the two-day long throwball meet.
To mark the ensuing throwball competition, a press conference was held at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium on Tuesday.
First Senior Additional Director of RB Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, Senior Assistant Director of Walton and Treasurer of Bangladesh Throwball Association Ashiq-Al-Mamun, AGM of Walton Mehrab Hossain Asif, General Secretary of Bangladesh Throwball Association Shamim-Al-Mamun were present at the conference.
The champions will be awarded trophy and medals while the runners-up will be given trophy and medals, the third-place achiever team will get crest and medals.
