A first ever birds exhibition was arranged at DC Hill premises in the port city centering the Pahela Boishak Utsab was held yesterday. Bird loverers came over with their pet birds in iron cases in the premises . A number of unidentified pet birds brought by the bird loverers and introducing the names of the birds, their nursing and choices of feeds. Bird loverers came over in the exhibition venue in the afternoon yesterday and installed stalls for their birds. A reputed physician Dr. Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal of USTC Hospital turned over the venue with a fair of foreign origin parrots yesterday. Beside the medical profession, his hobby is to nurse the different species of birds of local and foreign origin, he said.
He also grown up a bird hatchery in his house , he said. . Dr. Kamal expressed gladness for joining the birds exhibition and the loverers will be encouraged in future to nurse the different specices of birds. Birds Breeders Association, Bangladesh arranged the first ever birds exhibition in the port city to encourage the bird loverers.
