Jagannath University (JnU) and Bangladesh Renaissance Foundation (BRF) are going to organise jointly the first Bangladesh Peace Festival 2014 (BPF) on the occasion of International Day of Peace on September 21 with day long programme.
The day long programmes will be started with a rally, seminar and ended by a colourful cultural show at the JnU precinct.
State Minister of Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam (MP) has consented to grace the programme as chief guest while Takeshi Matsunaga, Deputy Chief Mission of Japan Embassy as well as JnU Tresurer Prof Md Selim Bhuiyan will grace the programme as a special guests.
The programme will be presided by JnU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mizanoor Rahman.
