A poultry feed mill was gutted by a devastating fire at Bonpara area under Baraigram upazila of the district this morning.
The fire originated from an electric short circuit of the Aftab Poultry Feed Mill in the area and engulfed the industries about 6am.
Being informed, two units of fire fighters from Natore main station and Dayarampur station rushed to the spot and doused the flame after three hours of frantic efforts with the help of locals.
Sub-Officer of Natore Fire Service Station Rais Uddin said the fire damaged worth about Taka five lakh.
