“Bizli,” which claims to be Bangladesh’s first superhero film, produced by and starring Bangladeshi actor Eamin Haque Bobby, received its uncut censor certificate in February and is set to be released in theatres nationwide on April 13.
The film’s director, Iftakar Chowdhury, recently told the press that they still need to complete shooting one song. He said that half of the song’s video has already been shot at St. Joseph school in Darjeeling, India. He also said the other half will be shot in Sylhet next week.
Moreover, Bobby recently told the press that the incomplete song will be a special promotional campaign for the film which will be released just after the film hits the theatres. The promotional video will be released with the title of the film.
Bobby also mentioned how special attention was paid to each of the song’s in the film. She mentioned the songs were shot at such locations as the famous Black Beach in southern Iceland, Pattaya and Club 66 in Thailand, Darjeeling’s St. Joseph school and other notable locations.
The high budget film’s trailer, released on the film’s distributor Jaaz Multimedia’s official Youtube channel on March 15, showcases Bobby’s character’s superhuman speed, fighting skills and ability to fly. She even has the power of lightning that she uses to vanquish enemies. Bobby will be seen alongside newcomer Indian model and actor Ranveer.
Bobby had previously told the press that the film will be a lot like Hollywood’s “Superman” or Bollywood’s “Krrish” franchises but also will have surprises of its own. She also said that this film is the first in Bangladesh which has world class special effects, done in US, UK and India.
