Only a few days back, she got a ‘chic-look’ haircut as her first step towards battling cancer. And now she has penned down a heartfelt note for her son who is nearly 13 years-old. Along with it, is a recent picture of Sonali hugging him. She tells how sometimes the mother-son reverses roles. And how Ranveer has become her strength in this fight.

She also mentions the importance of involving children, who we seldom think are not mature enough to face the realities of life, in situations like these!
