The Fifth Walton Cup Golf Tournament kicks-off tomorrow at the Savar Golf Club.
Savar Golf Club will arrange the golf tournament under auspices of Walton Group.
Regarding the golf meet, a press conference was held at the conference room in the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Tuesday. CEO of Savar Golf Club Major (Retd) ANM Abdul Ahad, Senior Operative Director (Head of Games & Sports Department) of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn were present at the conference.
The three-day long competition will be held in seven categories. They are: Regular, Veteran, Senior, Super Senior, Ladies, Sub Junior and Junior.
A total of 350 golfers will compete in the golf meet.
The winners of the seven categories will be awarded trophies each.
The competition will be concluded on March 31.
