In memoriam of the late legendary Nazrul Sangeet singer Feroza Begum, who dedicated her life to popularise Nazrul Sangeet, Feroza Begum Memorial Trust Fund organised a award giving function at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban auditorium on July 30.
This year legendary singer of Bangladesh Runa Laila will be honored Feroza Begum Memorial Gold Medal-2018. Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof. Dr. Akhterruzzaman will hand over the award. Prof. Kamal Uddin, Chairman of Feroza Begum Memorial Trust Fund will preside over the function.
