Popular film actor of two Bengals Ferdous received Tele-Cine Award at a
function held in Kolkata recently. He got this award for his outstanding
contribution in the fields of movie and cultural
arenas of two countries.
On Mother’s Day, the 14th Tele-Cine Awards were given in Kolkata. Ferdous acted first movie was Basu Chatterjee’s Hothat Brishti. But in Kolkata, his acted debut movie was Ustad. It was directed by Subhash Sen. He also acted in Iqbal Durrani’s directed a Hindi movie titled Mitti.
Recently Ferdous’ acted last released movie in Kolkata was Park Street. Under John Halder’s
direction he is acting against Rituparna Sengupta in movie Aro Ekbar. Indrani Halder and Rupa Ganguly are his co-actresses in the movie.
Meanwhile, within very short time Ferdous will start dubbing of Moushumi’s directed movie Shunnyo Hridoy. Under Shimul’s direction works of movie Leader remain incomplete.
