National Awards winning two popular film actors Ferdous and Popy paired up again. The duo will share the screen in a new film titled Kathgorai Sarat Chandra.
Directed by Arifur Zaman Arif the shooting of the drama started on Sunday at the third floor of BFDC in the city’s Kawran Bazar area and the shooting will continue till May 2. Actress Popy has started shooting of her part from yesterday, but Ferdous will participate in the shooting from tomorrow. Hashim Akhter Md Karim Dad has written the story and dialogue of the film.
Both Poppy and Ferdous have taken enough preparation for the shooting of the movie. Ferdous will act as Devdas and Popy will be Parvati in this film.
While talking about the working in the movie Ferdous told this correspondent, “The story of the movie is different from others. I have taken enough preparation before working in the movie. I hope this will be a great work and audience will also enjoy the film very much.”
On the other hand, Popy has shared her feelings by this way, “Parvati is my dream character and the story of the film is also my liking. I am working with Ferdous after a long time. I hope, after all this will be a good movie.”
Ferdous Ahmed is the country’s one of the popular film actors. He acts in both Bangladesh and West Bengal films.
