National Film Award winning actor Ferdous and actress Nipun started to take part in shooting of a movie titled 52 Thekey 71 under the direction of experienced and talented director Delwar Jahan Jhontu. For the first time these two actors are working under Jhontu’s direction in any movie. Jhontu himself wrote story, script and dialogue of the movie.
Shooting of 52 Thekey 71 began at Shahin’s residence at Pubail in Gazipur on January 19.
Ferdous is acting in role of Rahim who is a freedom fighter. Earlier in Guerilla, Dhrubotara and Shovon-er Swadhinata, Ferdous also acted in same role. Therefore, under his own production movie Postmaster 71 he is also acting in same role.
While talking about working in role of a freedom fighter again and under Jhontu’s direction Ferdous told this correspondent, “I always feel encourage while working in role of freedom fighter. I believe to work in this role there is a responsibility in my mind. As a result, I find honour and love simultaneously while acting in that role. For the first time I have been working under Jhontu Bhai’s direction. He is very much professional director.”
In the movie, Nipun is acting in role of Sokhina. In the story, it will be seen that without finding any option Sokhina went to commit suicide. Rahim saved her life.
While sharing her feelings about Jhontu actress Nipun said, “Jhontu Bhai is that type of director who gives direction properly to the actors where, when and how he/she performs. This quality is not seen in directors of present time. Not only has that he himself worked in camera during shooting. We are lucky that we are getting the opportunity to work under his direction. Therefore, I always enjoy working with Ferdous Bhai.”
It may be mentioned that as a pair, Ferdous and Nipun acted last released two films were Manik Manobik’s Shovon-er Swadhinata and Dr Arup Ratan Chowdhury’s Swargo Thekey Norok.
However, Nipun has been passing very busy times with her recently launched beauty care parlour, Tulip now.
