Earlier popular film actor Ferdous attended many film festivals in Kolkata. He attended there as guest. For the first time he is going to attend the ‘2nd Bangladesh Film Festival’ in Kolkata as a delegate of Bangladesh government team. Today he will be present in two venues including Nandan at 5:00pm in Kolkata.
To attend the festival, Ferdous will go to Kolkata today morning’s flight. A total of 21 movies will be screened in three-day festival where Ferdous acted three movies will be also screened during the festival.
While talking in this regard Ferdous told this correspondent, “For the first time I am going to attend any film festival as government delegate. I feel proud to get the opportunity. I give thanks to the Information Minister in this regard. I believe this festival will become successful.”
Ferdous also informed that he will return to Dhaka on February 18. From March 1, he will again take part in shooting of Noim Imtiaz Neyamul’s movie Gungchil in Noakhali. Therefore, he is also engaged with shooting of movies Jam and Save Life now.
